  • Officers Training Academy (OTA), Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Training Duration
  • 49 weeks (approximately 11 months).
Type of Training
  • Rigorous military training to develop leadership, discipline, and technical expertise.
Commission Awarded
  • After successful completion, candidates are granted Short Service Commission (SSC) in the Indian Army.
Stipend
  • A stipend of ₹56,100/- per month during the training period.

  • If candidates withdraw from training voluntarily or are discharged due to misconduct, they must bear the cost of training.
